# How to create trackable short links?🤔
To create a **trackable short link,** go to the **'Short Link'** tab and click on **'Create Short Link.'**
**Enter the URL** of the **product or collection** you want to track and add a **short code**. You can either enter it **manually or click** to generate a **random short code.**
If you want to apply a **discount to this link, enable** the **'Discount'** option and select the **discount type.**
We offer **three discount options:** you can **use existing discounts from Shopify,** **or choose a percentage-based or fixed amount discount.**\
Select the option that **best suits** your needs and enter the **corresponding details.**
To add **UTM parameters** to your link, enable the **'UTM'** option and enter the **desired key and value.**
You can add **multiple UTM parameters** by clicking the **'+' button** to include **additional key-value pairs.**
If you want to **redirect clients** based on **products, location, device, platform, or browser, A/B testing** is the ideal option for you.
With the **Group Test A/B testing** option, you can redirect clients to a **different product page each time** they click on the **short link. Each click** will **direct** them to **one of the links** you have added in the **Group Test section.** This approach allows you to **dynamically change** the **destination** for each click and **analyze** which **page variation performs best** or meets your objectives more effectively.
Using **Location A/B Testing,** you can redirect users to **different product** **or collection** pages based on their **location.**
With **Device A/B Testing,** you can **redirect** users to **different product or collection** pages based on the **device** they are using.
With **Platform A/B Testing,** you can redirect users to **different product or collection** pages based on their **operating system or platform.**
**Browser A/B Testing** allows you to redirect users to **different product or collection** pages based on their **web browser.**
You can **add a banner** to the **short link** through **Zak,** which will only be **visible to buyers coming from that link. Customize** the **text, description, timer, and colors** to optimize its appearance as needed.
In this way, the **banner** will appear to your clients when they visit your website through the **short link.**
You can **assign this short link** directly to a **specific affiliate** by enabling the **'Affiliates'** option.\ **Note:** Each short link can only be assigned to one affiliate.
After **enabling** the **desired options** for the short link, click **'Create Link'** to finalize the setup.
